Kobelco restructuring in China moves forward | Crane Plus:

Kobelco has completed most of its restructuring process in China, ending all of its joint ventures moving from seven jointly held operations to three simpler, wholly owned subsidiaries - although the leasing business will have a partner with a 24 percent stake.

Kobelco Construction Machinery (China) in Chengdu, which will manufacture, sell and service hydraulic excavators has started taking over the crane sales and service business. 

Hangzhou Kobelco Construction Machinery will manufacture excavators and component parts in Hangzhou.

Chengdu Kobelco Construction Machinery Financial Leasing will be a machinery leasing operation, with its base in Chengdu.
Kobelco crane manufacturing in China was discontinued in 2016, while Shanghai-based sales and service company Kobelco Cranes (Shanghai) is being liquidated, with its operations merged into Kobelco Construction Machinery (China).
