Australian acquisition for Kalmar | Crane Plus:

Kalmar has acquired the port services business of Inver Engineering, with completion due prior to year end.

Established in 1981, Inver Engineering is based in Melbourne, and offers a range of services to ports, rail, petrochemical, oil and gas and manufacturing industries. The Port Services division employs 23 and provides repairs, maintenance and crane refurbishment work for major terminal operators across Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific, revenues this year were roughly A$7.75 million (€5 million).
